La Ciudad de Maracaibo-Venezuela, vio nacer a Kris Ferrer. Quien desde niño sorprendería a su familia con su gran carisma y talento para el canto y la composicion. Su agudo sentido musical lo llevó desde muy joven a pertenecer a grupos musicales, donde saboreó los grandes escenarios y el calor de un público numeroso. Ese desenvolvimiento le permitió calar cada vez más alto en el medio musical. Durante ese periodo, también viajaba continuamente a Puerto Rico. Con ésta formación empezó a familiarizarse con el estilo del reggaetón, donde adoptó de los propios puertorriqueños las bases de éste género. Luego, junto a su compañero boricua, deciden formar un dúo urbano llamado “Los CatedrátiKos”, con lo que fueron reconocidos en diferentes países. Kris, experimenta nuevamente los escenarios ya a otro nivel profesional, compartiendo tarima con grandes exponentes como Tito El Bambino, Tony Dize, Alexis y Fido, Julio Voltio, Jowell y Randy, Khriz y Angel, J Balvin, Don Omar, Plan B, etc. Graban algunos de sus temas junto a artistas de diferentes países de la talla de Mc Ceja, Nova La Amenaza, Chyno Nyno, A.Cinco, Victor Drija, Gotay, Leroy, Kendo Kaponi, etc. Participo en eventos importantes en los Premios juventud 2011, en los Premios Pepsi Music 2012 en Venezuela, reconocimiento del Premio Mara Internacional 2012, entre otro. Luego de 8 años de trayectoria en el duo, Kris Ferrer le da otro rumbo a su carrera, comienza una nueva etapa con su proyecto individual.

2011: Picked up the guitar again. Figured out 4 chords(Prog) and am now fully active recording with the following rather amazing and diverse bands:

CORVUS STONE: Almost totally instrumental. Progressive and atmospheric with jazz funk leanings. Our first 80 minute album was released in Dec 2012.
