Old Flame has been crafting an original style in the ever-changing world of music for quite sometime. As a child in the 80’s, the artist grew up on various mainstream Rock, Hip Hop and Country in the musically rich city of Macon, Georgia. One trip to an underground Electronic Dance Music event in Atlanta during high school in the 90’s completely transformed his mindset, taste and direction with music.
The journey became obsessive during college digging around dusty record shops, researching the art form, sampling extensively and learning to mix by ear until dawn at times often missing business class..
After the revolutionary transition from analog vinyl to digital MP3 format in early 2000 with years of honing skills, attending shows and studying the culture he began cutting teeth on larger gigs, a monthly event called ‘The Electric Social’ and eventually his first club residency. In 2005, Old Flame received national attention from Urb magazine in Los Angeles for a live DJ mix sent to them in the mail... strong work ethic and persistence was essential as things were not so instant and accessible as they are today. While working and learning the club business full time, Old Flame also developed his production skills in the studio and released his first official ep ‘Enjoy the Ride’ in 2013 on the DivisionBass Digital record label in the U.K.


As a DJ, Old Flame has held several residency spots for successful nightclubs since 2007.
The “no rules, anything goes” attitude combined with open-format mixing and good time, energetic music has been a crucial part to venues success rates throughout the years as well as winning numerous awards. Aside from the club business, Old Flame is also a professional wedding DJ as well as playing private and corporate events with a solid track record of positive reviews, references and happy clients throughout the state of Georgia.


Versatility comes naturally to this artist, whether producing and remixing multiple genres or spinning parties ranging from underground raves to elegant weddings and upscale events. Old Flame spans decades of style with musical knowledge completely destroying awkward generation gaps.
A perfect match for the fast paced, on demand, multicultural audiences of today. Always known for being a crowd pleaser and while performing to intimate crowds or entertaining thousands, the passion and love for music and the art of being a DJ are clearly expressed.


Old Flame currently has eleven official studio releases with over twenty songs on five international record labels as well as a few compilations. These diverse productions have reached several notable blogs, radio stations and charted on popular music sites. Also, a producer for the popular TableBeats app for DJs. Old Flame has performed over 800 gigs and still holds a weekly residency while continuing to release original music worldwide. Forever a student, he was recently featured in a published book written by Rory Hoy titled ‘The Little Big Beat Book’ a fitting piece of work about the electronic music genre that started it all for him back in 1999.
