“Confusion (Jump)” is a 2021 demo, an experimental progressive dance house track that explores the two sides of inner conflict. The first part dives into darker, restless tones, while the second opens toward light — a jump into resolution and release. 

The darkness tastes of solitude, wrapping the room in silence. Shadows breathe slowly, carrying the weight of hidden thoughts. Yet something begins to move… the rhythm builds, it feeds on itself, growing stronger. From confusion to clarity, from silence to release: even in the deepest night, one is never alone.

This project takes you on a journey across all categories and dimensions. It spans a wide range of musical styles, from classical to modern, from melodic to atonal, from soft to hard. Every moment brings a new surprise, keeping you on your toes from start to finish. I wrote this song to give you a powerful opening of your consciousness and a truly mind-altering experience. "ebuting on Or Two Strangers' March 2019 compilation "Strangers," "Telephone Days" stood out as a progressive house gem from Argentinean duo Artfaq. Now receiving the Yin and Yang remix treatment, reworkings come from Italian and Indian artists.

Gai Barone needs little introduction to anyone cognizant of the underground dance scene over the past decade. A consummate craftsman, the Italian has crossed genres with style, fluidity and panache, creating a musical blend that captures the hearts and minds of an ever-growing support base. Over 500 production credits for a raft of high-profile labels, such as Black Hole, JOOF and Armada, tell the Gai Barone success story.

Yang is honored to welcome back Gai for a third remix on the label. His devastating rework of "Telephone Days" captures and builds on themes of the original by combining heavy trademark kick and shimmering percussive intent with a glorious swathe of melodic elements. Acid-tinged phrases wax and wane across the near nine-minute offering, while textured pads flow across the sumptuous breakdown. The result is an impressive affair that showcases Gai Barone's unrivaled craftsmanship.
