This song is inspired and based on Albinonis "Adagio in G-minor". The lyrics are written in Norwegian dialect (nynorsk). It is not easy to "remake" such a beautiful melody, so I declare that this is done with the deepest respect and humbleness for the original work.

This is an English translation of “Danse mi vise, gråte min sang”, written by the Norwegian poet Einar Skjæraasen.

After a long and careful translation process, this English version was approved by Skjæraasen’s grandchildren.

I believe the theme is universal — a reflection of human life, shared across time, place, and language.
