Born and raised in Angola, DJ Jofe’s passion for music is deeply rooted in Kizomba, Semba, and Kuduro. His passion for these genres and his keen connection with the dance floor drives people to their feet. DJ Jofe started playing Kizomba in the 90s in Luanda. He later moved to D.C. and was very involved in the local Angolan dance community, before moving with his family to Miami where he lives currently. He dedicates his free time to experimenting with different genres and crafting Kizomba-infused mixes.
