I sent the finished Nashville Gamblers Country Song 1 Track to MTM Mastering True Music Production for review and sound improvement, which worked very well. A very nice team from Spain. Guitars, bass, drums now have the sound I imagined. For me it was very worthwhile to pass on the mastering to an external company. Mixing and mastering keeps your ear anchored in your DAW (brain). You often don't think your sounds are that good. That's why I use an external mixing and mastering studio for control. I really had a very positive experience with MTM. With young ears and professional training that completed my work.

Recording in the rehearsal room in Zurich: Recording device: The first mini digital tape recorder
by Sony.(Live recording) André Schmohl digitized the recordings in 2010 and put them on CD
distributed to our contributors.
In 2020, Karl Heinz - Heimgartner, who runs a small studio one 5 from Presonus and Cubasis 2, came up with the idea of improving these live recordings.
He didn't do badly and the recordings turned out to be much better in tone and
Dynamics.
In 2023 Karl Heinz - Heimgartner completed an online equalizer and compressor course
and tried again to improve these original first titles.
Yes, it's not easy to mix single-track audio sounds.

PROGRAM NOTE
I wrote this fanfare for my wedding. It was designed to take advantage of the surrounding balcony and resonant acoustics of Middlebury College’s Mead Chapel in Middlebury, Vermont, where we were married. The title of this piece was originally Wedding Fanfare. Since I think this piece could work well for concerts or other types of events, I shortened the title to Fanfare.

Just another old one man band unsigned musician who sings and plays a little guitar, bass & drums and fools around on the piano; expert in writing songs that usually disappear with the wind, and in composing musical flops.  Folks say that I´m a composer, but I think they´re wrong: I just download the music I hear and feel in the atmosphere and give it back to the people. I don´t do a living from music; I ´m an attorney and horse breeder who gets noisy when I download the music I hear and feel.Thanks for checking out my page and listening the noise I´ve been doing for the past 50 and so years when I get musical.
