The common theme of the mix is best explained just like an orchestra has movements (or different parts. Part 1 Puts you right in the action - part with a lot of passion  (tracks 1-6). Part 2 after passion is soothing music as a break from the fast and loud music (tracks 7-9). Part 3 is about anger and discontentment (tracks 10-14), Part 4 is about reflection and a change in perspective leading to happiness (tracks 15-18), part 5 is simply a calm and "goodbye" message as the mix fades quiet (tracks 19-22)
