Exclusive remix of Los Angeles and Bologna based Nuovo Testamento's Heartbeat by Curses himself! Taken from the band's 2023 album Love Lines, Heartbeat - in its original form a shimmering italo synth pop number, part Danceteria-era Madonna, part Yazoo - has been ruthlessly retooled here by Curses for strobe lit sweatboxes. Shifting the emphasis from its sparkling synths and pop melody towards the rhythm section, the track's synth bass now dominates the track just as its martial kick drums and gated snares push us deeper into EBM territory.

‘Next Wave Acid Punx DEUX’ is a return to the dark romantic of the past, present and future. An undying passion for all things post-punk/wave/body music and beyond. Release date: October 20th. 2023

"House of Cards" is the stunning debut solo single from @IsaacHowlett, best known as the singer and songwriter behind the internationally renowned British synth-pop band, @EmpathyTest. 

While not a million miles from the dark, emotional, and cinematic tones we've grown to expect from Empathy Test over the years, "House of Cards" finds Isaac's poignant and arresting vocals bolstered by the energy of a punchy uptempo beat and angular synth-bass groove.

With lyrics confronting the brutal reality but eventual relief of escaping a toxic relationship, the first taste of Isaac Howlett's solo material will have you dancing with tears in your eyes.

"House of Cards" releases everywhere digitally on 28th February 2024. Preorder begins 14th February.

Switzerland's DJ SPACEMAN returns to the Phoenix Recordings imprint with ORION NEBULA, another space themed Trance Uplifter.

The Tuned:Flow/Think Trance boss explores yet another part of the galaxy after his 2023 label output "Interstellar", "Supercluster" and "Aurora Borealis" on Think Trance and "Cosmic Rays" (2021) on Joyride Recordings.
