We're back with out 14th release and we've put a lot of love into this one. This time round we've teamed up with the Fouk boys and recruited the skills of Ron Basejam, Snacks and Harry Wolfman for remix duties. 

The vinyl will be limited to 500 with the limited picture sleeve, after that its black sleeves so first come first served.

Berlin-based duo Oliver Gehrmann and Xaver Hirsch - AKA Ouer -  debut on Detroit Swindle's Heist Recordings April 4th. The label has put their trust in the little known talent and the pair have justly delivered, putting together a groove-riddled four tracker, which is lead by 'The Ascent' - an old school flavoured slice of four to the floor dynamite.

This is a special episode of About To Blow as we shift things in a new direction as we welcome leader of the London seminal ‘Bruk’ movement and Co-Op selector EVM128 down to the studio for a chat and guest mix. 

Made famous from it’s now legendary Plastic Plastic residency in the early 00s, the Co Op movement is known for fusing styles of House with Jazz, Funky, Boogie, Garage and Tribal and thankfully has been enjoying a revival over recent times. Instrumental to that revival is London-based EVM, with the Hackney based joining to talk us through the movement, his career to date, projects to come and the amazing new CoOp Presents: Selectors Assemble Volume 2 compilation.

Before the chat and guest mix, there’s fresh cuts from @kerceya (Kerem Akdag), @neue-grafik, @vany-fox-beatz and Brame & Hamo + much more.

Best known for the now timeless 'Que Se Sepa', those familiar with the beatmakers productions will know his sound know's few limits, with everything from R&B, to Grime and general Latin flavours all incorporated which keeps an air of unpredictability to his output. Trve joins us in the studio for a chat on 26 minutes as we discuss influences, the Hip-Hop scene in Stuttgart, where it all began and what's to come.
