I'll waste away apocalypse one drink at a time
In 10 to 20 minute intervals, or 'til I go blind

I want to instil all my reasons to not go it alone

In fact, it cannot be described or even fought for at all
Because it's not something to hope for or to achieve with pay
It's just defining all decisions that we make in a day

And is the answer to my attitude far up in the stars?
Or is it down here in reality when it goes too far?
And is the man with the plan really the one who's in charge?
Because he doesn't seem to care no matter who you are
And I never seem to care no matter what he says
Because he's denying the problem in our final days
And you can label me a cynic with your feathers and tar
But I've been rooted in reality and stuck in a bar

My parting, last advice, is to just "live in the now"
Because your plans could be all reject and you will not know how
So you should focus all your energy on not giving up
Because the end was always coming, and you won't give a fuck
