Absolution are a unique Deathcore outfit from Sydney, Australia. 
Absolution released their debut EP “1887” in February 2011, then scored a number of shows from that release in their home state of NSW. From there they travelled interstate reaching most of Australia. In july of 2012 they released their second EP “Worlds Enemy”, since then the band has been unstoppable having travelled Australia numerous times.
Absolution have supported some of the big names in Australian music including; Resist The Thought, Thy Art Is Murder, Buried In Verona, Northlane, In Hearts Wake, As Silence Breaks, Far West Battlefront, The Bride, Saviour, Make Them Suffer, The Storm Picturesque, Prepared like a Bride, Dream on Dreamer and have scored the support for international acts War From A Harlots Mouth (Germany), A Plea for Purging (USA), Veil Of Maya (USA),  Impending Doom (USA), Norma Jean (USA), Vanna (USA), Demon Hunter (USA), and I, The Breather (USA).
Absolution are currently hard at work on their debut album due for release mid 2014.

Since our formation we have already shared the stage with some of Perth's best bands like Sanzu, Daybreak, Iconoclast, Xenobiotic, Dropbears, I am Zero, Surroundings, IMPALER, national bands Capture The Crown and Feed Her To The Sharks, and internationals REZUME and Chelsea Grin.

December 2014 saw the release of our debut EP "I, Dominus" with a lyric video for our track "Plight of Pawns", to much critical acclaim.

In December 2015 we released a video clip for our single "Cataclysm" which featuring a guest vocal appearance from CJ McMahon of Thy Art Is Murder.
