IR 2022: The Compilation

As we close off the 2nd year of Influenced Records, and as is tradition, we like to celebrate and reflect on the year gone by. This year, our 2022 compilation features 1x track from each release, with a few highlights from our charity VA included and a few of our remixes thrown in for good measure. The full compilation is now available to stream and download via our Soundcloud and Bandcamp page, with all 14x tracks available at a discounted rate, as a small token of thanks for the support you have shown us in 2022.  With 3x wax releases under our belt already, we can’t wait to show you what we have in store for ’23. 2023 will see further vinyls come through the label, alongside 2x VA’s and a selection of digital releases, as well as the return of our Influenced Podcast.

2023 is also the year we will begin hosting our first Influenced parties. With a team on the ground in London working towards our first event, we hope to deliver a party that showcases the last 2.5 years of label releases, and an experience for the Influenced family to enjoy together for the first time. 

We hope you enjoy the 2nd of our annual end of year complications, and keep an eye out for updates on our 2023 release schedule.

Secret Keywords is a vinyl and digital techno label based in Berlin, founded by Gianmarco Silvetti and Natascia Parisella.

Exploring new sounds is a focus for the project, where new experimental shades of techno have lead to featuring artists such as AWB, Conrad Van Orton, YYYY and Michal Jablonski.

Backlogs is one of the resident artists of the Sound Department in Italy who returns to Secret Keywords for his fourth appearance and also lists releases on Shlomi Aber's Be As One to Cleric's Projekts.

On remix duty, label boss Gianmarco Silvetti brings a new take following outings on Otomo Trax, Blackwater and Pyteca.

For this DT:Premiere we selected his remix of "1998" spinning it into a raw and edgy remake by using shuffling percussion to add more drive and intensity.

DJ and producer from Havana, Cuba. Mastermind behind Subversion party series and other events. Also member of Subterraneans and Ceiba Collective. He has influences from House, Techno, Dub, Drum & Bass and Ghetto Music. His sound can be described as dark, balanced and loaded with textures. Driving force in the current Cuban Scene and promoter of upcoming artists.
