welche nachfolger waren von big beat / breakbeat (entwickelt von z.b.chemical brothers,fatboy slim...ab 1998)
diese junge bewegung kam hauptsächlich aus england und australien und teilte
sich in die bereiche technoide ,electro -und trancige/spacige breaks..
(adam freeland,hybrid,rennie pilgrim,fretwell,general midi,luke chable...)
und die mehr analogen,acidhousigen funky breaks mit soul,hip hop und dub....uvm
(plump dj´s,meat katie,JDS,Soul of man,lee coombs,drummatic twins...)
diese musik ist musikalisch,ultra-tanzbar funky,rockt und macht viel spass.
in deutschland fand sie kaum beachtung hauptsächlich nur in england,
süd spanien und ungarn und australien  gab es eine szene...
ein freund von intergroove germany infizierte mich 2002 mit diesem"geheimtipp"und von
da an kaufte ich fast jede dieser  platten die ich kriegen konnte
was ziemlich schwierig war ab und zu legte ich ein set nur mit
NU SKOOL BREAKS auf,oder aber mischte immer wieder solche
platten in meine techno-sets.
nur deshalb kann ich heute auf eine grosse nu breaks vinyl collection
zurückgreifen...diese völlig zeitlose und eigenständige musik die ich
immer mal wieder gerne rauskrame um mit freunden richtig spass zu haben.
so auch bei dieser session...spass,den ich sehr gerne mit euch teilen möchte
also viel spass und wenn ihr mehr davon wollt gebt mir bescheid ;)

Celeste & ABU.ID - TazoTribe Welcome 5D Celebration August 2020

Explore with GOOD VIBES MUSIC
the beauty of this present moment and the
power of positive vibrations.
After spending his youth in rock bands in the GDR/East Germany, Abu-Id began playing vinyl records in smaller clubs around Frankfurt and at his first festivals in 1998. To get rare records from the UK, he and a friend opened the Adore Record Store in Frankfurt in 2001, which became the first local source for UK Progressive House, Techno, and Breakbeat in the area.
In 2007, Abu-Id chose the Canary Islands as his new home, where he contributed to building the house and techno movement. He became a resident DJ at Club del Mar and Cacatua and co-founded the Pan-O-Rama Festival in La Gomera. In 2017, he teamed up with Celeste Love from Ibiza, forming the duo Celeste & Abu.Id to blend her downtempo style with his, creating extended, immersive audiophile dance journeys. As of 2024, he has been traveling, recently staying in Central America.

To date, he has played more than 150 radio shows and nearly 500 resident gigs, open-air events, and festivals. The purpose of his sets is to take the audience on a journey—starting in the depths and unfolding an unpredictable adventure of diverse tunes and rhythms. He strives to keep the experience exciting yet not exhausting, leading to peaks of ecstasy, joy, and hypnotic states of movement. His sets typically culminate in a smooth, playful landing, which is why they usually last between 3-4 hours. For his Ecstatic Dance sessions, he follows the same concept but in a more compact and selective format.
