You remember young us? That’s what I miss
When we didn’t realize that weren’t free
Back then when you had the lead
And all I knew was the word “dream”

Locking us up was in your hand,
Like a heart caught in a box made of glass
Can’t hear, instead I can see your plans

It’s been a while walking around this place
Looking for new landscapes
But I  still can't get a smile on my face
Up to the cliff, my big stairs

Everything I wasn't able to face
Got together, until they built the grand staircase
I preferred to skip them instead of putting em in their place
Know what it is, going on my way

Each step, one problem 
Cause in the moment I didn’t solve them 
I chose to ignore and go over, yeah
Now my way to water is closer

Little falls turned 
Into a big one
Now I have to go 
To my new mind

I climbed up the cliff 
Down stairs to the beach 
Water calling me
Water calling me

A thought takes freedom away from me,

I think I work really hard
But nothing seems to be enough
I think I have the right cards
But the game is already lost

Failing and learning is not a step
Is more like know all you can
Everything perfect
So, no room for mistakes

They ask for more than I can give
I been feeling the pressure ever since
Put yourself in my place, could you live?

2. Underwater

On the beach, sitting on the seashore,
Looking at the dark sky shining with stars,
Even if the water is cold, 
It's not so bad to get in once in a time
Just brain scars
The wounds no longer hurt

Each visit to the sea lasts longer
The force of the water grows stronger
The exit is increasingly harder
The shore is much further
I don't have time to become a surfer
(You) shouldn’t have hurt her

I don't know where I've been
But I want peace
Do I belong here?
It seems that it is

My feelings are underwater
My blue ship is wrecked
I'm tired of this battle 
With water up to my neck

I'm too tired to fight

Many struggles against the tide

Every time water gets heavier, more salty
Is it the sea, your tears, a sorry or the same old story?
Where my feelings are buried
Where I have to find the way to save myself
Where nobody seems to care

I tried to swim
But I can’t breathe
Do i belong here?
