You can say this phrase to yourself out loud or silently in your head, it is called “The Crazy Phrase”

Keep repeating this until you get a sense of relaxation and ease.
It may take only seconds.
It may take minutes of repeating.
It may take hours.
 
I said this stuff was simple and yes, a little weird. If you actually try it, you are likely to find it works. The Crazy Phrase™ is one of my favorite tricks for creating a sense of ease and relaxation.
 
When can I use it this trick?

Use it to go to sleep.
Use it to quiet the mind.
Use it in times of stress.
Use it when you can’t think of anything else to do with yourself!
