เราหัดภาวนาไปเรื่อยๆ 
ถ้าเราเข้าใจธรรมดาของโลกเป็นอย่างนี้ 
เจริญแล้วเสื่อมในทุกด้าน 
สุขได้ก็ทุกข์ได้ ดีได้ก็ชั่วได้ 
มีลาภเสื่อมลาภ มียศเสื่อมยศ 
มีนินทา มีสรรเสริญ มีสุข มีทุกข์ 
นี้คือธรรมะประจำโลก 
คือธรรมดาของโลกเป็นอย่างนี้ 
ถ้าใจยอมรับว่าโลกต้องเป็นอย่างนี้ ตัณหามันจะไม่เกิด 
แล้วยิ่งถ้าเราภาวนาได้ประณีตลึกซึ้ง 
เรารู้ว่ารูปนามกายใจของเรานี้ไม่เที่ยง เป็นทุกข์ เป็นอนัตตา 
หมดความยึดถือในรูปนามกายใจ 
คราวนี้เราจะพ้นทุกข์อย่างแท้จริง

ทางออกมันมี 
จะอยู่กับโลกแบบทุกข์น้อยๆ ก็มีทางออกให้ 
คือเข้าใจมันว่าเป็นโลกธรรม 
จะพ้นโลกจะฝึกจิตให้มันอยู่เหนือโลกจริงๆ 
พ้นทุกข์เด็ดขาดจริงๆ ก็มีทางให้ 
เห็นไหมพระพุทธเจ้าท่านเก่งขนาดนี้ 
สอนธรรมะเพื่ออยู่กับโลกด้วย 
สอนธรรมะเพื่อพ้นโลกด้วย 
คนส่วนหนึ่งอินทรีย์แก่กล้าแล้ว 
ก็เรียนธรรมะที่จะพ้นจากโลก คือเรียนรู้รูปนามกายใจไป 
คนซึ่งอินทรีย์ยังอ่อนจะต้องอยู่กับโลก 
ก็เรียนรู้ธรรมะประจำโลก คือโลกธรรม 
เรียนไปอย่างนี้แล้วมันจะทุกข์น้อยลง
