This journey through the elements dives deep into two primal forces: Water and Fire. Together, they evoke the ebb and flow of emotion, the pulse of transformation, and the alchemy of opposites.

Water flows first—ambient, trip hop, downtempo textures ripple like tides, inviting inward reflection and emotional fluidity. Tracks by Nicolas Jaar, Sade, Enya, and Everything But The Girl wash over the dance floor with grace and depth.

Then comes Fire. Burning with purpose, this half ignites the room with deep house, disco heat, and techno intensity. From the spark of Disclosure’s When A Fire Starts To Burn to the full blaze of The Prodigy’s Firestarter, this set scorches with rhythm, energy, and release.

Layered, elemental, and cathartic, this is ecstatic dance as invocation—a celebration of balance through oppositional forces. Let it flow. Let it burn.

I am just a dude who has a passion for putting poetry into lyrical motion, flavoring it with that good ol’ flowing boombap goodness. I’m taking hip hop back to basics, telling stories, and overloading it with soul, substance, and lyrical depth. 

I just love music, your mom, writing, and being a general socially anxious manic depressive weirdo trying to navigate the world best I can. 

Every now and then I tend to fall into some rabbit holes, fall off the earth for a bit, fall inside your mom a couple times a day, and/or get weirdly wonky with anything house/techno/psybient/LoFi/trip hop/ etc. 

And my cat’s name is Boonchowmow. And she’s probably more badass than you are. Just accept it. ✌🏾

DJ/producer since 1997, Toronto-born accomplice is a proudly genre-fluid selector with deep roots in Montreal’s underground.

From early residencies with iDJ and Junglist Fridays at Blue Dog, to his time in South Korea where he held down slots at Vinyl Underground (Busan), Konkrete Jungle Seoul, and festivals like Pentaport, accomplice has always thrived where bass meets boundary-pushing energy.

Now based lakeside in cottage country north of Toronto, accomplice continues to move dance floors in unexpected ways—bridging decades of influence through sets that blend depth, soul, and surprise.
