Work My Body

"High Ground" took almost a week to come together. I was listening to the piece in my head while driving and doing other work. I went back to the project file and stripped away the non-essential sounds and am happy to finally release the track here on SoundCloud. 

After experimenting with a combination of sounds, the guitar with a great beat, sealed the deal. The piece features two different beats, piano and two guitar sound files. Listening to the music now makes me think of the Penguin Cafe Orchestra!

The piece pulls you forward in time and into new energetic places.  Creating forward motion is a wonderful process when using the nylon string guitar in combination with piano.

Enjoy the music and remember, there is always more music coming!
