Her ek friend kameena hota hai

This is my second song from my first album-is a remake of an old tune from early 80’s. Compare to my first song this one is really different so the listeners gets to see me singing something that probably they would not have expected from my second song. I had to emotionally really involve myself while recording this in the studio. Why I chose this song for a remake? Well, I grew up listening to this song and if you ask me what was the first song I ever heard? I wouldn’t have hard time saying “Wo beety din yaad hain” from the movie called PURANA MANDIR, and no doubt this is one of the most popular Bollywood movie songs till date. I heard it first from my dad ages ago and he used to sing it in front of my mum a lot because it’s one of her favorites. This song came out in 1984 when my parents got married, which reminds me of so many things, my childhood, and pleasant past memories. In short, this song always brings back sweet memories.
