Folk/Rock band originally formed to play Celtic music from Brittany, Cornwall and Wales. Now we play music from other Celtic regions.

Acid Gite is a Caerffili based independant record label, was once called "Nomadic Beatnik Recordz".  Specializing in Roots, Blues and Rock music. It is home to Sibelius Academy, Ian Martin, Wow and Flutter, Osian, The Van Badgers, Palug's Cat and Adrian Y Gof, but on this site we included some of the other music on the 'imprint'.

I've been seeking and collecting various lost sounds and songs, compiling what’s known 
as a Waking Map, a guide of sound to the times, places and practices experienced 
so far, alongside my own experiments.

The elemental choir, cosmic-primal indie, the industrial cinema, tribal sci-fi, creature wave, songs of workers united in something more, ambient folktales, forgotten music, s child herself and the quantum orchestra.

I am not a musician but music plays a very important role in my creative life! I am an artist/designer and music is my companion and my muse in the long hours I spend working in my studio! 
I am immensely impressed and grateful for all the talented and inspiring musicians whose work graces this Cloud, and I will always re-post sounds that I love (and will listen to again) - knowing that others will enjoy them!

Since my heart op in Jan2021, I have had to deal with taking quite a lot of meds which have interrupted my design work - that and moving to Germany in 2020 - and back in 2021 (due to Covid my business plans stalled!) - SO, slowly getting it together…. hang tight!😊
