I don't have a faith (in the accepted use of the concept). I have a qualified respect for the faith others have and am even a little jealous of the peace and comfort many find in therein. This is a love song which has a little allegorical reference to my atheism (I might be a 'deist'!), though I am quite a spiritual chap in a contradictory way! Love and contentment is still to be found.

I've been writing songs on and off for about 50 years now, both serious/not serious and irreverent.  I'm using Soundcloud mainly to post up demos of new songs although one or two are "the finished article"  - six solo CDs a so far and one ("Aspects of Lurve") in the making and a couple of collaborations with Steve Cartwright ("Legends of Leicester/Leicestershire").
