Soundtrack that I composed for the play "Barquinho de Papel" (Paper Boat) that was written by Maju Souza. The original lyrics and melody for the songs that are part of the "Navio Pirata" (Pirate Boat) trilogy were composed by Maju's father in her childhood as a nursery rhyme, whom she dedicated the whole play to. The play tells the story of Laura, a young girl passionate about pirates and boats, and her friend "Marujo" (Sailor) that helps her in her journey of finding the two most valuable treasures in the seven seas: A glance at the "Pássaro Azul" (Blue Bird) and her own courage to face her real problems.
