This track was created in one sitting on December 7, 2019 from 10pm to 4am (I think).  The song was made in one night for a prompt by soundcloud.com/maaliw for me. The prompt was:

I interpreted the "Keep it a bit loose" as playing with the keyboard for a while, then using the initial sketches I made as the final melodies for the synths (Although I did tweak them just a teeny-tiny bit). The "Dump score log to selected pattern" option is a godsend in this regard.

Unfortunately I've forgotten where I got the looping sample from, since it's been with me for years and I never found the right track to put it in until this one got made. I do vaguely remember that this came from a 1950's art exhibition about technology and the future, though. I'll look for it again some other time.

I've been itching to actually make this track for two months now (since he gave me the prompt in October) but I never really had the time to make it in a single day, until now. This is a really neat exercise for me to quickly make ideas within constraints and actually finish them without fussing over small details to no end.
