This week is really special to us as we have the privilege of sharing the airwaves with the show's first guest mix, coming from the British DJ duo and purveyors of fine music @trackwerk.

Trackwerk consists of Scott and Carl from the English city of Sheffield. They started DJing in the late 80s when house music exploded onto the UK scene and have been collecting and playing music ever since.

It’s time to dance.
It's time to ward off the terror of this uncertain present and future, mentally escaping with the music of one of the most prolific and respected Italian DJs on the world scene.
Nick Anthony Simoncino is an Italian producer, Deejay and collector of vinyl for over eleven years and boasts a collection of over 10.000 vinyl records, mainly Chicago House, Techno Detroit and Garage 80's. 
Inspired by the sound of vintage synths and drum machines, he started to utilise them in his productions, debuting on Mathematics Records in 2009.
He works regulary for labels such as: Creme Organization, L.I.E.S. ,Mathematics, Echovolt, Traveller, Thug, and many others. And has been remixed by legends such as Larry Heard, Chez Damier, Virgo Four, Gene Hunt, Ron Trent, Dream 2 Science. He has also worked with Legowelt, Robert Owens, Mark Rogers, Julian Joynah, Boyd Jarvis to name a few. 
In 2011 he founded his own Vinyl only label called HotMix Records and one sub label in 2012 called Hot Island Records and still finds the time to release five albums and more than 40 EP's in a few years and is currently working on some major projects and several collaborations.

Verdant Session 20_11 for Timeline Music

This weeks edition of the mighty OLRS comes with the goods in all shapes and sizes. (For sizes read BPM's lol) Deep sublime House Music from around the world, hard to pick the 24 records/releases as there is such a wealth of talent out there.  Speaking of talent, Manchester is well and truly a hot bed of the stuff at the moment.  Many new young producers and new labels popping up and collabing with other local cities and im excited for that!  Quite a few bits from my neck of the woods featured here.  Seeing as iI'm feeling nostalgic I've been into the crates and dug out a few bona fide classics from the breakbeat old skool scene to finish the show off, hope ya dig!
