Der Originaltitel wurde von Ludger Nowak (aka. „Luno“) beigesteuert. Im Song verarbeitet er eine langjährige Freundschaft sowie das ewige Kommen und Gehen im Lebenszyklus allgemein und sendet Grüße an all diejenigen guten Geister, die uns für alle Zeiten umgeben.

Adam Reise und Jazz-Sängerin Alena steuern ihre eigene Interpretation der Geschichte hinzu, in der Alena’s Stimme in sphärischen Höhen über den Song gleitet und speziell zum Ende hin ihre ganze hypnotische Wirkung entfaltet.

Omun – als langjähriger Begleiter und Freund von Luno – hat sich nicht lumpen lassen, eine etwas technoidere Interpretation für Punta als Remix zu liefern, wodurch die Punta EP eine bunte Mischung in verschiedenen Genre und Stimmungen widerspiegelt.

Das Original von „The Game“ ist eine Produktion der beiden Erfurter Musiker namens "Flowmotro", welche sich am besten selbst erklären, indem sie sich "kurz" mit folgender These vorstellen möchten: Im Jahre 2077 wurde erstmals in der Menschheitsgeschichte Fragmente einer Audiobotschaft vom Allen Telescope Array detektiert, dessen Quelle interstellaren Ursprungs ist. Die empfangenen Daten stammen von der 35 Jahre zuvor gestarteten Voyager III Mission. An Board befand sich ein holografischer Datenspeicher, mit grüßen, sowie musikalischen Botschaften der Menschheit. Warum ausgerechnet ein Musikstück zweier Erfurt Musiker namens Flowmotro zurück zur Erde gesandt wurde, ist bis heute noch nicht geklärt. Forscher gehen davon aus, dass der Optimismus und der Glaube an eine friedvolle Koexistenz multiplanetarer Lebensformen im Subtext der Musik von Flowmotro enthalten ist und daher als Antwort ausgewählt wurde.

Wir jedenfalls freuen uns schon auf die Musik, die Flowmotro in nächster Zeit noch so ins Universum und (da dürfen wir und hoffentlich schon etwas kurzfristiger freuen) auf die Tanzflächen unseres weltlichen Breitengrades senden wird.

Label-Owner Adam Reise hat es sich bei diesem futuristischen Musikstück nicht nehmen lassen, gleich zwei Remixes bereitzustellen. Im House Remix verarbeitet er die Vinyls seiner Jugend, die ihn einst sehr geprägt haben. Beim zweiten Remix (feat. Jazz-Sängerin Alena) gehen die beiden noch einen Schritt weiter und kreieren eine - anderen Produktionen schon vorausgehenden - ganz eigene Soundwelt, die sowohl für's Autoradio als auch die Tanzflächen geeignet sein sollte.

Why a piece of music by two Erfurt musicians named Flowmotro was sent back to Earth remains unclear to this day. Researchers assume that the optimism and belief in peaceful coexistence of multiplanetary life forms contained in the subtext of Flowmotro's music is the reason why it was chosen as a response.

In any case, we are already looking forward to the music that Flowmotro will be sending out into the universe in the near future and (hopefully a little sooner) onto the dance floors of our part of the world.

Label owner Adam Reise couldn't resist providing two remixes of this futuristic piece of music. In the House Remix, he incorporates the vinyl records of his youth, which he loved to play. In the second remix (featuring jazz singer Alena), the two go one step further and create a sound world all their own—one that precedes other productions—that is suitable for both the car radio and the dance floor.

https://essential-part.com/ After carving a sound that resists categorization, Upercent returns to Essential Part with ‘Buzzing Letters’, a two-track release that dives into the extremes of his sound.

The EP opens with ‘Mosquito’, a raw piece constructed around a distorted kick and the unmistakable tone of the Roland 909. The arrangement harks back to the golden age of hard house in Valencia, when abrasive textures and American influence shaped the sound of a generation. Here, Upercent filters that memory through his own language. Rough, direct, and intentionally unpolished. The result is his dancefloor imprint, tightly coiled, physical, built to transmit impact without dilution.

‘Post Office’ delivers a complete shift in character. Centred around a vocal line that echoes a neighbourhood postman delivering mail, the track plays with rhythm and form, leaning into a sense of controlled chaos. It feels spontaneous but never careless. Every twist, every drop, is loaded with intent. Upercent's sense of humour surfaces here. Not through irony, but through sound that dares to misbehave.

With Buzzing Letters, Upercent sketches two short messages. One is an attack. The other, a smirk. Both unmistakably from the same hand.
