∼ Grounded by a veritable smorgasbord of rich, immersive, evocative sounds spanning the full spectrum of everything it means to be techno. ∼

Started in 2014, as a 'two-headed' techno formation. Since 2019, I took the reins. Operating as a -one man- frontal assault.

Marked by a distinctive powerful and effective rave sound, he stands to provide a raw sense of identity. Assembling crispy driving percussion, pounding basslines, eerie vibes and hypnotic elements. With fluctuations in the aggressiveness and persistence of the cymbal tracks, fighting to draw the listener's attention away from his mesmerizing rain. 
 
During the summer of 2019, launching some other projects. With as first one to start the rush with, "ŤHƩ Ɽ∆BIƉ" a HARDTECHNO project. Standing to provide mayhem, unleashing of heavy distortion-, highly destructive, prominent kickdrums and clattering sounds all over.

While this other side project, given by the name "₩ep₩a₩e₸", will invade with a -"why be moody when you can shake your booty"- attitude. Gettin' you all hyped 'n vibed up, for a wild ride on an avalanche, filled with the most hottest-, pumpiest dancefloor⒡⒦illers. So... it's time to get jiggly, to dance to the moon and reach for the stars. So as the vibes guide you thru the day or night, till you become a slave to the rhythm.

Lachi Grant is an artist, a music producer and photographer from Zimbabwe born Lawrence Chikowero on the 1st of November, and recording music independently. He started long back in the ''City Of Progress'' Gweru in Mkoba surbub but he was only a street perfomer chanting freestyles under the name Acerboy. Later on Lachi stopped freestyling because colleagues where stealing the chants for their songs. In 2015 he changed his alias to Educator upto 2017 when he thought of using his legal name for the music.
When he started music he focused mainly in the dancehall genre because during those days dancehall was the trending genre and had an impact to the youth in the country. In 2015 he started learning to produce beats and music on his own. Because money was an issue Lachi never got to record a good and decent song in the studio in those years.
in 2020 thus when he thought of having a brand name thus when Lachi Grant was created. His music is mostly reggae or reggae inspired but he also produces other genres like pop, dancehall, acoustic and reggaeton. Lachi's music is sung both in his native language Shona and in English. The music he produces is both emotional and inspiring. His music is about love, life, bright future and hope. Some of the songs are based on real events and fictional ones.
