UMEK’s record label, 1605, drops the 10th instalment in its Desiderati 4 series, which features peak time techno tracks by Danny Avila, Heerhorst, Novem Vivit and Benjamin Di Bora.

1605’s Desiderati 4 series features four tracks hand-picked by UMEK that are extensively road tested in his DJ sets before being released. It’s a series that features incredible tracks by label favourites, established names and exciting new talents.

Heerhorst is a producer from Hamburg in Germany who has previously released on 1605 in addition to other scene-leading techno imprints such as Terminal M, CODEX and Filth on Acid. He is a regular collaborator with Teenage Mutants and this release features his fast-and-furious solo track “XTC”.

“XTC” has rattling high-end percussion and a thundering kick forming a foundation for sweeping pads and flutters of melody, while the track approaches the breakbeat rhythms of the tantalizing breakdown.

Beswerda makes his debut on Just This with a three-track EP.
‘Concord’  starts with aggressive drums and synths but during the second break some pads enter and you can fell a more faithful atmosphere.
‘Terea’ is a rolling dancefloor killer with a lot of vocal shots and unexpected moments that culminates in the last drop full of energy. 
‘Anything’ is made for the clubs and it has more minimalistic structure and elements. A dark and mysterious groover with a touch of acid are enough for a dance floor weapon.

Bio: 
Muze is a 24-year-old artist with roots in the beautiful Limburg, Belgium. His love for electronic music started growing from a very young age and hasn’t stopped since.

In his never-ending journey to find new boundary-pushing melodies, Muze already performed at Amsterdam Dance Event, Tomorrowland, Club Vaag and Void Club (Berlin).

With recent releases 'Forever' and 'Obsession' climbing high in the beatport charts, we know a lot more is yet to come. Keep an eye on this young and emerging talent.
