House/Minimal Deep Tech as the guiding style. It features a storyline of sets with different energy levels, including a mix of (un)released tracks from his favorite artists and talented producers. The sets will be released with energy levels connected to the time slot of an event.

The set of January (#001) has a connection with the energy level of an event starting at 11 PM, while the last set in December (#012) reflects the energy level between 5 AM and 6 AM. You might be able now to guess the energy level of the other CONNECTED sets.

Desde Nueva York y con sabor propio, James Juke regresa a Snackwax con el EP Club Service, y la cara B no se queda atrás: “I’m So Glad” es un himno soulful que combina percusión directa, pads celestiales y un bajo que llega como un golpe de calor en la pista.

La estructura parece sencilla, pero esconde un arte quirúrgico: una intro que acaricia, una caída vocal que invita a flotar, y un break que abre el cuerpo del tema como si entrara luz en un club subterráneo. Todo remata en un groove arrollador, sostenido por una línea vocal que se queda contigo: “I’m so glad I found this love” — lo cantas tú, lo siente el público.

Entre referencias culinarias y referencias musicales, James Juke demuestra que sabe cómo servir un plato fuerte. Café por la mañana, vinilo por la noche y vino en la portada. Aquí no se pincha: se degusta.
