PHILIPP GRETER is a genius. He is not only the keyboardist of the acclaimed swiss Dub band
DUB SPENCER & TRANCE HILL he is also the producer and mastermind behind the band and responsible for the crisp project ‘William S. Burroughs In Dub’.  Philipp has worked with and for The Young Gods, Yello mastermind Dieter Meier, Lee Scratch Perry, dub-maestro Gaudi,
Tim Bran of Dreadzone amongst many others. 

‘Greter Than Dub’ is being released on Liquid Sound Design, the psychedelic dub label of
Grammy Award winning producer MARTIN 'YOUTH' GLOVER: highly respected songwriter/producer, sonic pioneer, and founder and bassist of Killing Joke.

As we know that DUB is not any longer a genre specific branding in the world of sound effects and musical vibe with offbeat flavour – it is  growing constantly and ‘Greter Than Dub’ ends in this world and feels like a deconstructed version of minimal tech house inna ambient style. Almost everything on this album is grooving, swinging, vibrating and echoing in delay. It is not only an album for the dancefloor it is also a soundscape travel for the comfortable sofa trip. After his first solo album on hybrid records (the label from UMBERTO ECHO) in 2019;  ‘Greter Than Dub’ is the logical consequence of progress and quality and feels like harmonic reflections and healing moments of what´s going on in this dubby world…!  MIND BLOWING !

Bio:

"Moose, 25, is a fresh-faced, aspiring DJ/Producer that recently landed in Bristol in search of a scene. Having moved from a part of the midlands that lacked one, he primarily bolstered profile through online channels.

From occasional gigs to online residencies with stations like Voices & Mode, to having mixes hosted by various platforms like Frequencies, BlueDollarBillz and Sudo Sound. he looked to remain proactive in music. 
Following the move, quickly-found footing meant output continuing in the form of released productions, sets on the local underground circuit and a new residency with Bristol's Void Radio.

In the studio, he’s explored both emulating and experimenting with the production of Breaks-driven tracks, landing releases with Profound Sound, Solitude and DREDCOL, amongst others.
Moose has spent his formative producing years beginning to craft a sound;
With forthcoming productions seeing the light of day via platforms like Keep Hush, BBC Introducing, Balamii, The Lot Radio, Reprezent & SWU. As that sound evolves, influences from the contemporary UK Bass and Electro scenes can be heard in recent output.

Moose’s sets focus on dynamic blends; Digital or vinyl, he looks to keep the mix moving consistently & push a variety of percussive sounds, both classic & contemporary.
After finding a strong footing in UKG, Breaks & Jungle, he’s more recently ventured into early 00s Breakbeat, Leftfield Bass, Electro and other percussion-driven bass music in both his live sets & radio shows."
