The lyrics used in the song are the mantra Gauranga. Within certain Hindu literature, Gauranga refers to the deity Krishna. From a practical perspective, Gauranga can be used as a breath exercise. The speaker chants Gauranga on a slow exhale, and then, on their inhale, repeats the word within their mind. This process is repeated for as long as needed.
