Since their formation during the 2020 pandemic, West Lothian band, The Katuns, have accumulated over sixty thousand streams on their Spotify, starring hit singles Be Mine and The Holiday. Their songs have already received features from the likes of Phoebe I-H on BBC Introducing Scotland, as well as previous playlist additions on Spotify’s New Music Friday UK, Fresh Finds Rock and Fresh Finds UK & IE playlists.  Taking to the stage, the four-piece have supported artists Vistas and Dylan John Thomas at renowned venues across Scotland, including the famous Barrowland Ballroom. Before officially forming, the band also played a support slot for the popular Wigan indie band, The Lathums, in February 2020. They have also made a sold-out headliner at Sneaky Pete’s and a packed show at The Mash House, both venues residing in Edinburgh. The Katuns have also started to make their name at UK festivals, bagging a slot on the This Feeling stage at the Isle of Wight Festival in 2021.  The band have recently released their energetic new single Comedown and are taking it for a spin on their upcoming shows.
