Mix of the Day: Stanton Warriors X Plump DJs - Live at Arcadia Spectacular(Glastonbury 2016)

This is a track that we started a few years ago. It has a very creepy vibe. Definitely more of a dark electro type of tune. When out playing or online, I've been getting hit up constantly about the unreleased Superbass 2. Truthfully, I don't even know how most of you know about it. It was supposed to come out a few years back, but we never got around to releasing it on Kuad. Our slackness is working out for those of you who want it because I'm posting it up here. For those who don't know about it, Superbass 2 is the second Kuad track (the first was Hydraulix - Superbass) that pays homage to the Mega Mix Miami Bass Style bonus track that was always on the dope bass releases back in day. Growing up in the 305 was the best!!!!

For this new premiere, we have a track by the veteran producer based in UK and devoted to Electro "Bass Junkie" (aka Phil Klein) on the first release from a new record label devoted to Electro based in London : Autowerkz Records.

This upcoming release is a 4 Track EP "AW001" feat: Bass Junke, Langer, 01Cerulean & Oosr.

The track we have chosen to premiere is the B2 and is entitled ‘Aquadynamic’ and it will be available from Jan 17, 2020 only on 12" vinyl and extremely limited edition on Bandcamp and selected stores in the UK.

Release Info :

Autowerkz Records is a record  label devoted to releasing the finest electro on the vinyl  format only. No digital releases are put out.
Electro  means the boom- tish of the 808, deep constantly moving bass lines, plenty of aggregators with a funky but robotic grove and sometimes a sprinkling of vocoder. Electro is not edm, electro house or anything that does not have the 808 break- beat in its soul.
