Oft verbringt arkadiusz. seine Zeit in seiner Hütte im Wald und wir nehmen an, er widmet seine Energie dem Geheimnis der Bäume und in diesem Fall der musikalischen Umsetzung. 
Danke dir für diesen mystischen Waldspaziergang auf den du uns da mit nimmst Arka!

Die Natur ist im Grunde ein zauberhafter Ort der Harmonie und des Gleichgewichts. Zugleich wohnt in ihr eine geheimnisvolle Kraft die wir Menschen nicht vollends verstehen können, aber umso mehr schätzen. Wir Ernähren uns von ihr, nutzen Sie als Baustoff und erholen uns darin. Doch das Gleichgewicht zwischen Leben und leben lassen ist schon lange vorbei. Der Mensch als raffgieriges, unendlich wachsen wollendes Tier will aber immer mehr von ihr. Da die Natur, ja auch die Bäume, keine dem Menschen verständliche Sprache haben (ja sie kommunizieren!!!), hält er sie sprichwörtlich in Sklavenschaft. Statt sie zu respektieren und in ihrer Vielfalt zu schützen, nutzte er Sie aus bis nichts mehr da war und auch er, ja der Mensch selbst verschwand... So war es vor tausenden Jahren und so wird es wieder sein, wenn der Wahnsinn nicht endlich aufhört. Denn die Natur braucht den Menschen nicht. Der Mensch aber diese umso mehr. Es ist Zeit zum Aufwachen, auch wenn es wahrscheinlich viel zu spät ist.
Meine Aufnahme möchte der Natur, hier den Bäumen als Herrscher der Wälder, eine musikalische Stimme geben die jeder von euch verstehen kann. Nämlich Harmonie, Leichtigkeit und Sinnlichkeit.

Basically nature is a magical place of harmony and balance. At the same time, there is a mysterious power in it that we humans cannot fully understand, but appreciate all the more. We feed on it, use it as a building material and relax in it. But the balance between living and letting live is long gone. Humans, as greedy animals that want to grow infinitely, always want more from it. Since nature, and even the trees, have no language that humans can understand (yes they communicate !!!), he literally keeps them in slavery. Instead of respecting them and protecting them in their diversity, he took advantage of them until nothing was left and he too, yes man himself disappeared ... That is how it was thousands of years ago and that is how it will be again if the madness does not finally end stops. Because nature doesn't need people. But this is even more the case for humans. It's time to wake up, even if it's probably way too late.
My recording would like to give nature, here the trees as rulers of the forests, a musical voice that each of you can understand. Namely harmony, lightness and sensuality.

Founder of @deep-house-islamabad Muhammad Faisal  is one of the premier Producer and DJ rising from Pakistan. Since 2000 he has built his signature mix of electronic music into the evolution of what he mixes today. Never limiting himself to just one genre of music. To him, a great set isn't about playing a string of dance floor killers on repeat. Instead, it's a journey that's always evolving and influencing the listener as it moves through different emotions and soundscapes. From his hometown in Islamabad Pakistan, he has been helping push the scene through his DJ mixes and productions. Releases on labels such as Balkan Connection, Massive Harmony, Soundteller, Zephyr Music, Clinique Recordings, 3xA Music, Kosa and Big Bells Records showcase his Progressive perspective, with his mixes featuring his eclectic approach to the expansion of electronic music from a variety of genres. He is hosting his own monthly show on FRISKY: STEREO TALES.

Also a supremely technically gifted sound technician, Alex creates music for film and television and could never be accused of lacking excitement. Amplifying his skills on every level, he retains the essence of emotional communication that makes his work so engaging.

“People really feel like they’ve got an emotional connection to it,” he says. “I feel like every track that I write has to resonate with me on an emotional level. If I’m not connecting with it and it’s not evoking some kind of feeling in me then why should I expect the listener to feel that too? As we’re all made of the same kind of stuff as it’s resonating with me then hopefully it’s going resonate with other people who are listening to it as well.”

On Nov.12th, Alex piloted a cataclysm of new abrasive sounds with his EP ‘Tephra’, released on Max Cooper’s Mesh imprint. 

The ideas emerged from two months in the rugged, black volcanic surroundings of the Canary Islands, Spain. Banks armed himself with a restricted set of equipment taken from his studio in Brighton and set about focusing on the core of his musical expression.

The 5 track EP draws an abrasive array of intertwined melodic structures - one that could only be formed by an adept sound designers’ skillset. The title track and single ‘Tephra’, is woundingly brash, jagged and skull reverberating, it paints a mental landscape appropriate to where the tracks were born, in the context of a melodic hook line.

Following on from his second studio album, Beneath the Surface which was released on Mesh in 2019. Banks’ reimagines a different story, one of which was sculpted by his time witnessing unearthly volcanic landscapes. The change in scenery he recalls brought a welcomed ‘change of mindset’ than the earlier intense period of locking himself away in his Brighton studio with intermittent bursts of time spent by the coast to foster creative thought. It brought a different intensity to Banks’ sound, one that impressively finds a line between home listening and club-focussed dance-floor bangers.

“Any words I can provide to say how large this release is are a weak reflection of listening to the music. The first time I heard the tracks the energy was just oozing out of them into my torso, and that hook line in Tephra, it's something. It's so hard to make a melodic structure like that which is so simple and catchy while also being engaging after so many years of people trying to make simple and catchy hook lines. It's a fine art of big sound Alex is onto throughout, classic references, full human expression, no holding back, it's a beautiful thing to experience with a full frequency response system”.

Born in Beirut/Lebanon. At the age of 14 he developed a passion towards music through listening to different genres. That passion pushed him into the nightlife scene where he used to sneak into electronic music events at an early age. Electronic music was his ultimate guide for the future plans as a career or even as an escape. He took his BA in AudioVisual, also studied electronic music production & Djing at one of the most recognized DJ school in Lebanon . Mainly inspired by the surrounding daily sounds, he’s always into collecting sounds & sampling to use them in his tracks, especially ambient sounds.

This set is the product of passionate digging and careful track selection. As usual, I tend to make my podcasts very progressive and the fact that I was asked to make a 3h33min long podcast gave me a real pleasure to settle into various genres at different parts of the set. Starting at 94 bpm and ending at 127, I added a lot of new music, a few of my all-time favourites and some of my own productions. This work was meant to reflect all of my different musical influences and pay tribute to all the talented artists that despite the current situation carried on pursuing their passion. Bio: Margee is a musical project brought by Alexandre Gimard, a 26-year old French producer based in Amsterdam. His music has resonated throughout musical scenes around the world, performing in festivals like AfrikaBurn, Wonderfruit, WeCanDance and the Monastery Festival to name a few. He received his first musical education at the age of 8, studying at the classical academy of Monaco, playing drums and the guitar. Later in his life, he pursued the practice of guitar and bass guitar and performed in different funk/rock bands. When moving to Holland in 2013, Alex broadened his musical interests and started his way through electronic music. Margee’s sound can be recognised by his groovy baselines, floating pads and swingy rhythms. Being mainly based in France, the Netherlands and Thailand, he gets his musical inspiration from various genres and cultures, preferably new, undiscovered and golden all-timers.

Born and raised in the sloping green landscapes of Woodside, CA and currently making his way in the bustling concrete sprawl that is Brooklyn, NY, Billy has always drawn inspiration from the dichotomies that present in life. As a result, his music never sits in one place, constantly drifting between whimsy and gravity; always thoughtful. He loves the challenge of taking his variable musical interests and genre bending them into tidy packets of sound that challenge the listener to think actively for an hour or two. His mixes are an intuitive display of what he has been feeling and always come from the heart. Who knows what types of sounds and feelings will be on display months, years from now.. I guess the point is no one can know, and that's ok with him.
