Moonily is a 90s influenced art/dream grunge trio from Ventura and Los Angeles, CA formed in 2016 as a solo project by frontwoman Marissa Trujillo. The early days of Moonily on SoundCloud consist of phone recordings of looped guitar and bass with vocals recorded over; simple and imperfect but dark and dreamy. Today Moonily consists of Trujillo on guitar/vocals, Safaa Kaderi on bass and Alison Berry on drums. Made up of heavy drums and a driving bass, the intricate melodies of the guitar creates an almost fairy-like ambiance. Listening will make you fall in love with the Moon. 
 
 
Moonily’s first single ‘Land Mermaid’ came out July 2019 and their first full length album ‘Phase One’ is out December 2020.
