Yeah so this one started like they always do with a kick track and a bassline. I think the hats from the 808 were a bit more complex than i usually write and that payed off. Then i layered in some of the FX synths and eventually got an atmosphere built up with the pads then I dropped in like a really cutting elctro pulse lead and went back and built in a half time drum section. My lasr song came out kinda quite so i did alot of work to make sure this one was loud from the get go. I think im hitting around -7LUFS. Then i think i spent some time on the arrangement and decided i needed like some whispers in there and i put one in and it fit well. I eventually started bouncing it back and forth to my car stereo and trying to figure out what i could do to improve it all and i really started to round out the arrangement with more fufilling versions of the sounds and some ear candy and im not sure its ever done but what you see today is where i took it and maybe im ready to move on now.
