This is a hybrid bassdrum I made from two 808 and 909 samples 

My goal was to create a kick that combines the best of both worlds – the rich sub bass ooomph of the 808, and the powerful transient of the 909, which cuts through the mix much better than a soft 808.

I first used this kick on my 2020 Bedrock release "Burn Your Love" – check it out!

Audioalchemists Records is very proud to present Adda and his long awaited debut album "Destination Neverland". After the compilation "Cool People Suck!" with his musical friend Noktamid and the "Night Store" and "Blueberry Cocktail" EPs its time to launch again a full length progressive trance record.
Patrick Adda from Switzerland is a long time expert in progressive trance. By the enthusiasm of the sounds of different instruments, he began to play bass guitar in his early years and discovered his fascination with electronic music. From 2007 until 2009 he studied Audio Engineer, and then in 2009 he has released his first tracks on Audioalchemists Records, Spin Twist Records and Yellow Sunshine Explosion.
Destination Neverland is a universe full of sounds, tones, rhythms and beats, offbeat basslines and crunchy kick drums. Adda invites you on a journey to discover and explore this universe. The album includes 10 exceptionally tracks and includes a remix of the wonderfull "Dragon Fruit" from old known Synthax. All tracks are uniqe, some are cheerful, some are emotional, and further are pensive: Welcome to Destination Neverland!

Patrick Adda from Switzerland is a long time expert in progressive trance. By the enthusiasm of the sounds of different instruments, he began to play bass guitar in his early years and discovered his fascination with electronic music.

In 1997, he began to play dj sets for the first time at swiss goa parties. In the following years, he refined himself and his music and began in 2002 under his real name Adda to play progressive trance. One year later, he has began to produce his own music.
in 2006, he founded with DJ Marcosis the party label "Offline Groove", under which they organized together various parties in the legendary progressive club Pilger Jack in the Zurich Highlands, who played top-notch progressive ariststs, partycularly from north germany. Adda and Marcosis also played together at various events their whicked dj sets.

From 2007 until 2009 he studied Audio Engineer, and then in 2009 he has released his first tracks on Audioalchemists Records, Spin Twist Records and Yellow Sunshine.
In addition to the self-organized parties in the Switzerland, Adda has played at various other parties such as Summer Never Ends Festival, Wake Up, Spirit of Time, Kulturfabrik, UG, Glasshouse, Juce Club, Fantasy Psyland, Reaktor, Pilger Jack, Dachstock, Stairs Club Zurich and much more, such as international gigs in Germany and Italy.

Currently Adda is working hard on his debut album as well as on new releases, and he works in collaborations with other artists such as Noktamid, Synthax, Moontales and Beat Herren. Adda is also known as Addalog with hot tech-house, minimal and techno live acts and releases.
