The brand new EP from Koala is quite a beautifully sublime musical affair. The title track, “Never Give Up”, starts the proceedings out nicely with jazz connotations wrapped in lush orchestration and deep house rhythms. The Addex Live Garage Mix combines subtle keyboards and vocal samples with stunning pads and stabs. Dee Mac's Remix recapitulates the original keyboards and jazz instrumentation with added emphasis on dancefloor rhythms. Flopped aka 2Lani The Warrior  ups the ante with gorgeous new synths and flowing atmospherics. Koala returns with another deep original, Until The Sunrise, which slowly builds with funky finesse as well as a memorable hook in the bassline.

For the release number 19, two tracks are remixed from the previous Addex Kultural EP. They are Alabama Slammer and Kultural tracks, reworked by the producers Santiago Santamaria from Argentina and Distant Relatives JHB from South Africa. The EP includes as the first track, also a Dub version for Kultural wich blends well with the release, having a dry and smooth feeling. Santiago puts in his remix a classic deep house chordline sound while Distant Relatives JHB combines the smooth sound but with heavyness into it and dark mood. Enjoy.

Start of 2016 brings up on the label a new release by Addex. More peaceful than the previous work Kultural, this deep ep is a mixture between tranquility and synchronization. Filled with calmness and a laid back sound, Citizen Break gives a scenery from melancholic sounds, euphoric atmosphere and lush bits of calmness, a visualization of nature panorama. The song puts the rhythm into a hypnotic state with the flawless work of the ambiance in the background. Rotation Mode, the second track brings slow pace in the ep creation. The evolution of it is constant, on a loop, giving the track the feeling of weightlessness in orbit. Last track, Exhale, Relax blends the melody and the rhythm, again on a loop, provided by the elegance of the atmospheric two sided keynote pad, till the end when it slows down for a sleeping mode.
