The word “Addo” is Latin and means to “give; bring; place; and inspire”. 

Addo Records is a Canadian music label based in Toronto and distributed by Conveyor Canada in partnership with Universal Music Canada. Dedicated to partnerships with talented composers and performers of progressive, improvisational music in the jazz tradition, Addo works hard to connect this music to listeners and fans. 

Launched in 2009, Addo albums have received 7 JUNO nominations among its first 17 releases!
