Sivonyia, a South Florida native; raised on warm beaches, a strictly enforced church routine, and yet with various school activities, grapples with her eclectic upbringing in her music. She abandons typical genres to convey simultaneously soulful, sultry, and edgy tunes. Sivonyia’s ability to be vulnerable and empowering are ever apparent as early on as in her first single ‘Lawless’ where she vocalizes about a radical and limitless love. Her charismatic side is especially highlighted in her rap features.
