The Perth based, blues fuelled five piece Old Blood have been making waves in the local scene since their inception in 2011. 

Celebrated as “the best live act around” (Tamara Szep, RTRFM), the band comprises of Tyler Ray Michie on drums, bassist Shaun Liddell Jennings and guitarists Edo Ekic and Jules Peet; their modern blues stylings strung tightly together by the captivating stage presence of vocalist Tony Papa-Adams. 

Their strong and persistent following has seen Old Blood appear at coveted local festivals including West Coast Blues and Roots Festival (2015), Wave Rock Weekender (2015), Beaufort Street Festival (2015,16), RTRFM’s Harbour Sundays (2016), Blues at Bridgetown (2013,14,15), Fremantle Winter Music Festival (2015) and Angove St Festival(2014). Additionally, they have headlined their own sold out shows at a myriad of local venues including The Rosemount Hotel, The Bakery (RIP), Mojo’s Bar Fremantle and The Bird. Beating a path into the hearts and minds of their audiences, Old Blood now prepare to release their first batch of long awaited recordings “Live at Rada Studios”. This debut release was recorded last year at Rada Studios, Perth, with track I Just Want a Little Bit already released earlier this year featuring the vocal talents of Ofa Fotu (Odette Mercy and Her Soul Atomics). The album is launching at The Rosemount Hotel on July 2nd, with support from Southern River Band, Pow! Negro and Luke Dux.

The Desert Feet Tour is a non-profit organisation that takes free music education workshops, community concerts and recording sessions out to remote Indigenous communities throughout Western Australia. We believe that sharing culture through music is an important way to bridge the gap between Indigenous and non-Indigenous Australians, on our way to true reconciliation!

That’s the way it is with Time And Place, the second album from beloved Perth alt-country/folk outfit, The Little Lord Street Band. For a decade they’ve won over the hearts and minds of music lovers across the country, supporting the likes of Gomez (UK), Justin Townes Earle (USA), The Whitlams (NSW) Fanny Lumsden (NSW), Ruby Boots (USA), Daniel Champagne (NSW) and The Living End (VIC) and playing hundreds of headline shows in between. 

Across a debut album, A Minute of Another Day, and three acclaimed EP releases, The Little Lord Street Band won ‘Album & Group of 2021’ at the Boyup Brook Country Music awards, and have been crowned ‘Best Country Act’ three years straight at the West Australian Music Industry Awards, also winning the WAM Song of the Year (Country) for Maybe I’m Just In Love, which was subsequently added to Double J, RTR-FM and ABC Country radio across Australia.
