Adepta Editions is immensely proud to unveil the inaugural release of its new ALTARI series.

Conceived and brought to life in close collaboration with guest curator Roberto Semeraro (Pearl River Sound), this series was born from the resonant partnership forged during the creation of Roberto's The Amen Experience EP, a period marked by extensive dialogues that delved deeply not only into the sonic landscape of Pearl River Sound but also into the fundamental tenets we recognized as vital within the realm of avant-garde electronic music. 

Introducing "Sleek Vibra," the debut EP from Alessandro Gramaccioni (AFM), a promising young Italian artist who brings a unique perspective shaped by his experiences with the Amen Rave collective and a prior digital EP on Lapsus Records' CEE imprint. This six-track offering for Adepta Editions is a potent statement, where AFM masterfully blends and reimagines diverse genres, idm/ rave oriented sound / bass/ techno / afro- arab beat. The result is an immersive sonic tapestry, a fusion of memory and tangible form into a cohesive audio-tactile encounter. "Sleek Vibra" invites listeners on a futuristic exploration of shadowy environments, where the mechanical relentlessly consumes the organic. This intense sonic declaration holds back nothing, painting a vivid picture of annihilation in its path.

For Alessandro, "Sleek Vibra" marks the inception of a complex and profound process, representing a conscious endeavor to understand the "tangle." It's about approaching and comprehending the intricate emotional knot, discerning its junctures, folds, and the very ligaments that constitute it. Each track on the album embodies a different vantage point, a strenuous attempt to connect with something that has been allowed to become overly complicated, knotted, and self-referential for too long. Consequently, the album's development navigates these emotional filaments, chronologically tracing the unfolding of the tangle.

This playlist featues music resulting from a 12-month parallel effort on 12 tracks. The artist aimed to influence their arrangement and the physical acoustic nature of the elements, chosen to create a physical environment for each track's development. Their concept involved each component merging based on the varying solidity of sounds, which aided in building structures for rhythms or to submerge the entire arrangement. The process prioritized creating the "Sleek Vibra," permeating and evolving with each track by contouring sounds. Later, the artist focused on merging the physical with the musical/emotional aspects, leading to a holistic view. Working on multiple tracks simultaneously allowed for the creation of distinct yet interconnected worlds via the "Sleek Vibra," intended as a psycho-physical sensation. The artist's final challenge was to simplify the listening experience, favoring intelligibility within varied, sound-filled yet simple and well-defined arrangements. The album spans genres like idm/rave, bass, techno, and afro-arab beat, serving as an experiment to understand the malleability of "Vibra," with these genre explorations being the most successful.

Club sets with own style of perfomance and music production called the New Electro. Sound influenced by DnB, Neuro, Breakbeat and Techno delivered with high-end music production levels and in his own style formed with self-programmed from scratch controllers that lets him move energy on stage in truly unortodox and captivating ways.
