Italian-born, Brussels-based artist Pietro Morello recently embarked on his debut solo project, sporting a vocal-driven house sound that draws on a love of the soulful sounds he grew up with. Adding to his increasing back catalogue that already includes Cafe Creme Music and Lekke Records, Morello now sets his sights on Junior Jack’s Adesso Music as he drops the hooky ‘Lay It Down For Me’. 

Flipping a familiar vocal sample, ‘Lay It Down For Me’ injects hard-edged drums and distorted basslines underneath a playful piano loop as the soulful vox pulls you ever-deeper into the dance.
