"Absurdo Sónico" and "Fig Man and the Flummoxed Wasp" are Daniel Figueroa's concepts, a multifaceted and experimental artist whose art revolves around literature and music. He has composition and production studies in Tijuana's Music Conservatory and G.Martell music school. In relation to literature, his studies began in the UDLA-Puebla and UNAM.

Highlights on the creation and production of original music for the painting exhibition 'Secreto de piedra' (Stone's secret) by the teacher Aliria Morales at the Cuban Embassy in Mexico and at the Israelite Sports Club in 2006; as well as his participation in the annual experimental noise festival 'Matando el miedo' (Killing fear), with Holos - Mauricio Beltrán at 'Museo de la Ciudad de Querétaro' during 6 years since 2008; and finally the production of 'Música entre Volcanes', a rock festival in Ozolco, Puebla in 2016.

His influences include the Baroque period with Bach, Telemann and Vivaldi; modal jazz and fusion of Miles Davies, Chick Corea, Pat Metheny, Hiromi Uehara and Jeff Beck; the psychedelia and progressive rock of Jimi Hendrix, Jethro Tull, Pink Floyd, Frank Zappa, the Beatles; but above all, the peculiarity of Luigi Russolo, John Cage, Conlon Nancarrow, Karlheinz Stockhausen, Björk and Isao Tomita.
