Phil Hartnoll and his brother Paul are ORBITAL - one of the leading bands and pioneering producers of the UK electronic music and rave scene since 1989.
ORBITAL have produced some of the most groundbreaking works in the history of electronic music. Signed to Pete Tong's FFRR label in 1990, they released a string of classic and celebrated tracks such as 'Chime', 'Halcyon', 'Belfast', 'The Box', 'Impact' and 'Satan' .. to get you started.
Decades after their first release crossed over from the rave scene anthems to the charts their evergreen electronic, melodic, emotional sound can be heard as inspirational to others everywhere you turn.

Phil established himself as a prominent DJ through his attitude and extensive playing over the past 20 years. Phil’s passion for performing as a DJ as well as playing live with Orbital has served to broaden his musical scope and reach, allowing him to share his wealth of talent through multiple channels.

I’ve been a DJ for 17 years, mixing anything that I happen to like but specialising in drum and bass, ambient, downtempo, folktronica, electro, electronica, party funk and hip hop but really - anything goes. I have performed at various Big Chill events and venues since 2001, as well as help set up and manage the much missed SoxaN club night. I currently DJ once a month at Concrete Bar, Hayward Gallery, South Bank, Waterloo, London.

Since 2001 I’ve been VJing for numerous DJs and Bands. At present I VJ at Digital City, Disco Shed, I’m the “silent member” for Echaskech and I also do visuals for Sounds From the Ground. In the past I’ve also VJ for Mixmaster Morris, Larry Heard, King Britt, Infinite Scale, Bjorn Torske, Jon Kennedy, Robin Hexstatic, Bussetti, Peepshow, Paul Noble, Michael Cook, Bill Brewster, Unabombers, Pete Lawrence, Phuturistix and many, many more. I’ve been hired to talk nicely between acts at The Big Chill festivals since 2003 and in 2008 &amp; 9 compered the Main Stage at Festinho. 2010 and 2011 saw me on introduce acts at Green Man.


Dominic Glynn is one of Britain's most prolific composers of production music for TV and film, and is a familiar name to "Doctor Who" fans, being one of the few people to have arranged the theme tune to the classic TV series. His career began with his 1986 reworking of the famous theme that accompanied Colin Baker's Doctor, and he composed incidental music for the series through the late 1980s. The 1990s saw his love of underground dance music result in record releases with Creation Records - famous for leading the Brit Indie scene with bands like Oasis and Primal Scream, and also Rising High Records - a label that was firmly at the forefront of UK techno. He went on to form his own No Bones Records, and throughout the last ten years has DJ'd regularly for The Big Chill. In the early 2000s Dominic scored music for the video games Forsaken and Re-volt. Live work has included a performance at London's Royal Festival Hall with pedal-steel legend BJ Cole, and the electronica/jazz hybrid project "Cybajaz". His collaborations with video artist collective D-Fuse have resulted in performances in the UK, Germany and Switzerland, together with regular screenings as part of the One Dot Zero video arts festival.

After musical contributions to Anthony Baxter's award-winning "You've Been Trumped", in 2014 Dominic wrote the full score to the feature documentary film "A Dangerous Game". His work continues to feature in films and TV productions worldwide, as diverse as "The Simpsons", "American Idol", "Red Dwarf" "Episodes" and "Dead Like Me" and in movies such as "Kevin & Perry Go Large" and Eddie Murphy/Jeff Goldblum comedy "Holy Man". He scored the Brit-crime-thriller "Bad Day", which starred Claire Goose, Donna Air and Sarah Harding (of Girls Aloud fame)and a series of supernatural horror shorts produced by horror legend David McGillivray - all screened at London's Frightfest film festival. His soundtrack music to the radio revival of the famous "Blake's 7" sci-fi series has recently been broadcast on BBC 4 Extra.
