Sensay, once recognized as Jay Da Silva, is a DJ/producer from the Netherlands with Thai roots. The rebrand marks a new chapter shaped by personal growth and creative depth. He draws inspiration from a multicultural journey, most notably the rich rhythms and energy of African music. Sensay creates music that celebrates the past while embracing the sounds that move him today, blending old-school influence with the energy of the present.

Silvio Luz, born in Queluz, Portugal, and now based in the Netherlands, has been a driving force in the music scene for over 15 years. After moving to the Netherlands at age 8, he was influenced by the rich music cultures of both his homeland and his new surroundings, shaping his unique identity as a DJ and producer.

Inspired by his older brother, a DJ in the 90s, Silvio's passion for music sparked early. Over the years, he honed his craft, experimenting and evolving to find his distinct voice. Today, he is known for his expertise in Afro House, where he masterfully blends melodic grooves with percussive beats and emotive chords.

"For me, it's all about mood and a feel-good, hypnotic groove," says Silvio. His sets are a journey through sound, where infectious rhythms and hypnotic melodies create an atmosphere that is both energizing and soulful.

With nearly a decade of production experience, Silvio Luz has carved out a niche in the Afro House scene.
