Bassiks are a Dj/Producer duo from Greece playing a variety of sounds with main focus on techno music.
Both members got involved from an early age with music and in 2016 their love and passion for electronic music brought them together. Since then they are active members of the electronic music scene and they have made several appearences in clubs and venues in Thesssaloniki, Athens and other cities having headline events and also sharing the booth with respected Djs from the local and international music scene like Sam Paganini, The Yellowheads, TKNO, Axel Karakasis, Aether among others.
In 2019 they appeared for the first time in the Amsterdam Dance Event festival performing among branded names like Minitech Project, Valerio Sinatra, Waveshape etc.
Feeling the need to share music and connect through it with people they are running and hosting Frequencies, a techno music event in which they are performing near guest Dj's aiming in the growth of the underground culture and local scene.
They have made releases in labels like Syncopate, Pure Dope Digital and Addeepted records that entered beatport charts, and they reached N.1 place with their Rushing In EP on top 100 (R/D/H) techno realeases.
Since 2019 they are official members of the NoLove collective that is based in Thessaloniki joining forces with a group of talented Djs and producers.
They have also made several guest appearances in podcast series and internet radio stations worldwide and a live guest at AMW radio station in Amsterdam.

During today's Full Moon, also called the 'Pink Moon', you'll feel the need to go deep. This has everything to do with the sign of Scorpio. Vi - resident of the @klubcialo, member of @slapsuper. From 2022 AURA event host where she invited artists such as @marco_shuttle or @djnobu_bitta. Vi presented her selections in many important clubs and festivals in Poland and also at legendary @tresorberlin; live stream @hoerberlin and @about-blank-berlin, Berlin as well as in Slovakia and the Czech Republic. Based on constant openness and searching in music for what most affects emotions and loss, Vi treats electronic music as the best therapy. She focuses on deep, raw techno but nevertheless not afraid playing with the stylistics and boldly calls her club sets eclectic. In selection Vi looks fot stimuli that they transform spatial ballads into a fast, galloping.

Eta Hox is a DJ, promoter and a radio journalist. She’s been involved in the Cracow electronic music scene for over a decade in solo activity and collectives as @deepimpaktkrakow or @technoxtechyes. Currently she is a deputy head of OFF Radio Kraków where she also hosts radio show devoted to the new electronic music, experimental and post-club generes. As a DJ she played alongside artists such as @thebugofficial, @xhin, @dasha-rush or @samuelkerridge. Her selection focuses on spacious, minimalism and organic sounds infused by intensive drive and smart dance energy. You will also know her by her long intros and cohesion, both in ambient and eclectic club DJ sets.

Biography:

“An unseen balance between light and darkness.”

Scattering for many years between different underground music genres, this frequency collided with the techno soundscape in 2016, creating an outburst of energy. Equipped with a rumbling, driving, and unseen dedication to his passion, his journey began.

In 2018, he took the Belgian MUSICASA producer's education as a first step to pursuing his dream. After releasing EPs and remixes on labels such as SMR Underground, Melodia Records, Tanzgemeinschaft, and Papaya Music, he realized that the melodic music genre wasn’t the perfect reflection of what truly inspired and drove him.

In 2022, he had a change of heart and started focusing more on underground hypnotic techno and ambient music, reaching for that inner spirit and dynamic balance.

As the host of the podcast ‘Adjust (BE) Invites,’ he invited numerous DJs and producers to create a signature guest mix, making the DJ/producer the key element. With over 130 episodes spreading over 2 years and reaching new listeners each month, the fanbase and mutual respect between colleagues kept growing day by day.

In 2023, he started a new and hypnotic/deep-techno-exclusive podcast called ‘Anhera,’ which translates to ‘Darkness’ in Sanskrit. With every full moon or solar eclipse, a talented and highly respected DJ/producer creates a unique story.

His style of playing and producing can be described as a perfectly carved out balance between light and darkness, cheerful and melancholic. He guides listeners through the various realms of underground techno music, leading them into disturbing, hypnotizing, and captivating journeys where there’s no time, no space, but only low-end frequencies, screeching synths, and confusing percussive elements, all surrounded by enchanting ambient soundscapes.

As a result of this ‘change-of-heart,’ he was able to release a variety of tracks in 2024 on highly respectable labels such as BAHN, KVLTÖ, THE GODS PLANET, INITIATE, KHOROS, LINDERLUFT, and more.

Bassiks is a dynamic techno DJ/Producer duo formed in 2017. Hailing from Greece, both members have had a lifelong passion for music, which led them to the vibrant hub of Amsterdam in recent years. Their sound is characterized by driving grooves, powerful basslines, and a raw, underground aesthetic. They strive to infuse their performances with this groovy signature, aiming to create a memorable musical experience at every venue they play. They have graced stages at clubs and events worldwide, in countries including Greece, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, and India, headlining events and sharing decks with esteemed artists of the industry such as Sam Paganini, The Yellowheads, TKNO, Axel Karakasis, Dextro, Aether and Ankytrixx among others. They have appearances at renowned festivals like Geheime Liefde and HRFST in The Netherlands while their journey has included appearances at Amsterdam Dance Festival and shows at iconic venues such as Club Paradiso in Amsterdam, where they've had the honor of sharing the stage with influential artists like Remy Unger and Joey Beltram, ROD and others. In their pursuit of leaving an imprint on the music industry, they infuse their unique character into each creation, sharing their sonic journeys with releases on respected labels such as Boiler Underground, Gain+, Syncopate, Pure Dope Digital and Addeepted Records and notably they had their first vinyl EP on Rawsery Records. Their music have garnered support from influential figures in the techno scene, including Jay Lumen, Gaston Zani, Dok&Martin, Luis Miranda, and Dj Rush, who featured their track during his set at Awakenings on ADE and Lilly Palmer on BBC Radio 1, while their 'Rushing In' EP reached N.1 on beatport's top 100 Raw/Deep/Hypnotic releases. Passionate about sharing their love for music and fostering the underground culture, they also curate and host 'Frequencies', a techno music event where they perform alongside guest DJs, contributing to the growth of the global Techno community. With a commitment to pushing boundaries, Bassiks continue to make waves in the techno scene.
