Sooraj Sivadas a.k.a MONé has come a long way from being an avid music enthusiast to dishing out very eclectic, deep, and progressive sets in some of the finest venues and events in India. He kick-started his career as a promising DJ early in 2010 and has opened for some of the best international and national talents such as Cid Inc, Henry Saiz, Marco Bailey, BLOT!, Praveen Achary and more.

Propulsive is a distinctive DJ & producer from Zwolle, The Netherlands. With a rich history in electronic music, he's  receiving ongoing support from the likes of Don Diablo, Nicky Romero, Feddle Le Grand, Sam Feldt, Ferry Corsten and many more. Propulsive’s official debut ‘Wanna Stay’ made some 
serious waves and got worldwide support by big DJ’s like 
Tiësto.

With over a decade of production and on-stage experience, the talented DJ/producer Ronald Pater can put his creative hand to different styles and therefore is loved on both radio and the dance floor. Producing music and performing is who he is and what he lives for.

BSV: Hello Vojislav! Piano dominates in intro section of the tape. Did you take some piano lessons? 
ARKE NOE: Hi Marko! Piano is the instrument which can perfectly catch and express one's true feeling. To answer your question, I started to get more deep into it and will try to bring it more present in my sets and experiment more with it.

BSV: Lots of ‘’edits’’ lately. From Michael Bibi to Paul Kalkbrenner... Tell us something about that.
ARKE NOE: True that Marko. I think that there are many many great productions out there. How I approach to a certain track and decide to edit it? Only if it fits into ''little cherry on top'' approach. Not changing the art itself, just putting an extra cheese 😛 [example: http://bitly.ws/wqII]

BSV: You moved a little further from Serbia, all the way to Netherlands. Inspired @ ADE?
ARKE NOE: My road to NL is a very funny story itself, but maybe for the next time. All in all yes, I was always inspired by Netherland music electronic scene and I knew they do it the best. Also with Germany and also other countries are not forgotten. I wanted to get closer to the scene, and beside doing 2 jobs, I will always find time for music. ADE was the best experience in my life.

BSV: We noticed your switch to twitch for live shows. Would you recommend that platform for bedroom DJs?
ARKE NOE: It's true, Youtube blocked many many of my live streams due to strict copyright issues, but twitch is really friendly towards me about that. I decided to keep doing there. Now working on a first video DJ mix at unique location.. soon 🙂

BSV: Do you consider yourself as a adrenaline junkie and if you do, is there any connection between that and your tendency to music or art. 
ARKE NOE: I definitely consider myself as adrenaline junkie. I was into the parkour and freerunning before and the real adrenaline can be felt there. I sincerely think that adrenaline is good for humans and can be fuel for amazing things. I see huge connection also with the music, for example with bpm / heartbeats. It's known that while pumped with adrenaline our heart beats faster, and we know that if we put a pitch to + music will sound more intense and have a faster rhythm.
 
BSV: Period of the day / night where your creation spirit is in the peak?
ARKE NOE: I am a night owl, as the night goes quieter my creativity becomes more louder. 

BSV: Sky & sea fusion is in the lyrics of this session. Horizons as your fetish?
ARKE NOE: Hahaha, good catch. I would say nature is my fetish. I guess we are all more live while in nature. Beauty is in it.

⁠Kim Durwael, also known as K-Deey, is a Techno DJ and Producer from Belgium who began his music trajectory more than 20 years ago and recently (two years and counting) discovered his passion for production. 

After hardly one year and a half of making his own sounds, he had already been signed with labels such as Eclipse, Dolma, Naked Lunch, and Black Square. K-Deey believes in the true power of Techno and the potentiality it has to bring people from dif ferent backgrounds together. The artist hopes to use his music to evoke connection, deepness, and melancholia. His music style is considerably Hard, Heavy Techno with hints of OldSkool influences.

To create new and interesting beats, Kim chooses Ableton Live 11 Suite as his software. For his hardware he makes use of Roland System 1, Korg Monologue, Korg Volca fm and the Roland TR8.

While spinning, Kim will take off with some smooth tracks and transition to very hard, energetic ones. His style as a DJ is a combination of Hypnotic, Dark, Hard, and Acid mixed with some OldSkool vibes. 

His very first gig came in may 2022. Directly in the capital of Techno : Berlin. n A7 club he performed a magnificent set and from that moment, everything really began.

Stable Heads is based in Istanbul/Hamburg, his style varies from Techno 2 House containing melodic vibes and powerful basslines.

Being a part of the music scene for quite some time, stable heads gained a great deal of knowledge of Electronic Music. His journey started with concerts, especially in Turkey and Germany. Stable Heads began to explore the biggest festivals and parties all over the world. Starting from the warm-up sets in local Clubs in Antalya-Istanbul-Izmir-Ankara...

He's a musician who moves among roles, genres, and mediums, trying to imagine a world of sound that has never been heard before but has always existed. He is the experienced recipient of the underground culture, and he often works in collaboration with others as a producer, writer, remixer, and performer.

He also played a big role in the preparation of various festival scenes, gathering a lot of inspiration, working with artists, live acts and many more. He found his own way and continues to perform lines in silence, huge vibes that turn into stable emotions, including house and techno culture.

Time for another atmospherical journey by an upcoming duo from Belgium!

Gerald has always been a music lover but listened to good old rock music untill the age of 15 when he became friends with Robin Wagemans, who on his side learned electronic music from his brother. When they met, the spark for electronic music came over and Gerald started DJ'ing commercial music as a start. Two years later Robin also started with commercial music.
⁠
But after a few years they both got tired of  commercial music so they wanted to start a new project in the music they came to love; Techno or in specific melodic techno. 
At the university they both studied chemistry and in the proces of finding a name they looked at the periodic table of elements and discovered their name for the new project. Element number 43 on the table: and Technetium was formed. 

After two years of spinning melodic techno the interest came in producing their own music. They worked hard on their own sound and after a few years they've released several EP's on imprints like Liminal Recors and Melodia Records, both labels from Belgium.

As we're creeping towards the end of the year, I decided to highlight a new and exciting melodic techno concept;

I came in contact with one of the founders a while ago through the DHA academy (https://soundcloud.com/deep-house-amsterdam) and I decided to highlight this new and inspiring melodic techno concept.
⁠
FDTD is a first production from the newly formed non-profit organization called Geestdrift, which was created by 4 founders (Julie, Lothar, Matthias and Maxime)
⁠
They mainly focus on melodic techno & progressive house.
The goal is to start giving their genre of music, and young talented artists, a stage to perform. They had a first (private) event in October which sold out after a week and a half. And so far, 2 sold out editions of FDTD were organized, with Beswerda as headliner for the second edition . The third edition will take place on March 18th at Amigo Amigo in Ghent, with again an international headliner who already released on Oddity, Atlant and Eklectisch.

The intention is to organize club nights in the future, do their own parties & next summer an open air at a unique location.
The focus is and always will be quality. They're always going to try to work with people who also produce their own music. On their first event they invited Bröder & Kimman as external DJs, just to give an example.

To highlight the new concept even more, one of their residents (https://soundcloud.com/dvsk_music), who has more than 20 years of experience, made an enchanting guestmix. An excellent mix of relaxing melodic techno, an electro twist and a very nicely balanced dose of danceable melancholic sounds.

I've been in touch with Jonathan for a while and their recent change of heart intriged me so much that I decided to invite them for the last episode of this year.

E:CHOES is the project between the DJ/producer duo Gui Sawaya and Jhonatan Jacobs.
Both Brazilian and living in Miami, the duo grew passionate for the dark, melodic and hypnotic Techno.

The duo founded a record label called Concept Records (https://soundcloud.com/recordconcept) in 2021 together with their fellow friend and melodic techno producer Ezek (https://soundcloud.com/zek_iensen).

Scattering for many years between different underground music genres, this frequency collided with the techno soundscape in 2016, creating an outburst of energy.

Equipped with a rumbling, driving, and unseen dedication to his passion, his journey began...

After he took the Belgian MUSICASA producer’s education, as a first step to pursuing his dream, he quickly released EP's and remixes on melodic techno labels such as SMR Underground, Melodia Records, Tanzgemeinschaft, and Papaya music.

After releasing and performing on various stages, and through the process of producing and self-awareness, he felt the melodic techno genre wasn’t the perfect reflection of what inspired and drove him.

In 2022 he had a change of heart as he started focusing more on
underground hypnotic, atmospheric and ambient techno, reaching for that inner spirit and dynamic balance. This resulted in releases on some of the biggest labels in the hypnotic scene like DORIAN, The Gods Planet, BAHN, Khoros, Informa, Space Textures, Arcadia,... with many more on the way.

Host of the podcast ‘Adjust (BE) Invites’ (2020-2023), he invited numerous DJ’s and Producers to make a signature guest mix, where the DJ/producer is the key element.

For over 130 episodes spreading over 3 years and reaching new listeners each month, the fanbase and mutual respect between colleagues kept growing daily.

In 2023 he started a new and hypnotic/deep-techno-exclusive podcast called ‘Andhera’, which translates to ‘darkness’ in Sanskrit. With every Full Moon or Solar Eclipse, a talented and highly respected DJ/producer creates a unique story.

An artist, hand-picked by himself, whom he highly admires, respects and who empowers and understands techno’s dark, ambient and emotional side.⁠

His style of playing and producing can be described as a perfectly, yet delicate, carved out balance between light and darkness, melancholic and emotionally charged. Cinematic sounds, rich and full of atmospheres, super evocative soundscapes with an inexplicable soul that can only be grasped when fully immersed into it.
