Rauno Lehtinen composed this beautiful song in 1968. In song the person is remembering one of the past summer when he/she was fall in love.
I played this with steel string parlor guitar. Sound was captured with matched pair of condenser microphones. This was first time I used FMR audio`s RNLA7239 hardware compressor helping recording process.
Only little bit of EQ and reverb has been added afterwards.

Another sunday morning vintage mood playing with my '79 GB 10 on a Jamey Aebersold play-a-long from 1979 too (this is another tribute to them - thanks to the guys from back then). Thanks again to all friends for listening and patience ☀️

A solstice song - possibly - not exactly cheery and I'm probably unwise to post but it's the shortest day today (in the northern hemisphere) so it's now or never.

Rich And Strange

I have a lot of faith that people can be strong enough to recognize where they have done (or are doing) harm and make sincere amends. I also believe that people have the power to heal and forgive wrong doings. It takes great strength to walk together through the fire of our pains and come out the other end holding hands, recognizing and honoring our differences while acknowledging and celebrating our similarities.  

May everyone get a chance to break bread together, enjoy some wine, and share some laughs. 

Thanks again to Calebass, Jon, and Janine for joining me together on a 3rd track. We make a great team! It was really fantastic to have Chris O and Belial Pelegrim finally join a track on my page. Chris O and Belial are two SoundCloud legends in my opinion. I am so grateful to be making music with all my favorite people.
