We often spend most of our days disconnected with the present. There are only a few instants of true connection where we live in the moment. It needs a particular state of mind that our usual rhythm doesn’t really allows. 

However, art helps us reach this state of consciousness to be in touch with ourselves, and our surrounding.  
Mindfullness… That moment of awareness that feels so surreal and out of time, when it is the essence of existence…  

Adelia’s sonic journey is an invitation to breath, let go, and observe the subtleties of the present. A reminder to perceive the value of each moment, the beauty of each gestures, the comfort that provides an instant with ourselves.

Autumn has arrived in the Northern hemisphere and the long days and nights of summer has faded away. As we enter this season where dancing barefoot in nature once again seems further away we thought we could bring some warm memories from the dancefloors back to the podcast. So for the 22th chapter we've been blessed to have our Oslo based friend Capodanna's amazing set from this year's edition of Modem Festival. Some of us were fortunate enough to be there for the experience, so we suggest you prepare yourself for a musical journey into Annas audioverse and take those shoes off! 

“It was such a big honour to open The Swamp Wednesday morning. A place I have so much love and respect for. To set the vibe and create a journey on this magical stage was beyond my dreams. Diving deep into raw softness & intensity, light & darkness, serious & playful rhythms. A diverse and psychedelic ride to get the dancefloor going. Seeing it grow was absolutely blissful, and the magic we created together in the realm of hypnosis!

Solarythm - From My Room With Love #1 - Deep Side of The Trance

Hello world! 
Someone told me about a hedgehog who panted under a rhubarb leaf, and that this was the ultimate sign that summer is here. Someone else told me that the planets soon is aligned. I am preparing for a live set this solstice, and did a test recording of the set. Besides music I´ve made by myself, it contains music from collaboration works with Warmth, as well as with Nobody Home.

I entered the circle in a summer ritual and a man was playing. My body started to move and my soul started to sing. I heard many asked him what he was playing and that his answer was "rhythm". So that is what he gave me...

Sim Bohlism

As weird as it sounds - I was raised to the sound of the early 90's ambient techno scene. Although I was still being breastfed when "Little Fluffy Clouds" hit the charts, the analogue warmth, acid bleeps, gentle pulse and curious yet deep psychedelia of the golden years 1990 to 1994 always felt so strangely familiar.

So how and when did I fall in to this rabbit hole? 2002, 14 years old, buying any record I could get ahold of with "entrancing" music. Hearing more made me crave for more, which made me hear more that got me craving for more. Napster. Kazaa. DC++. Discogs... 
Contemporary trance music felt stiff, uninspired and cheesy, while that 90's Eye Q, Harthouse, Platipus, Superstition and all this Goatrance took me so deep. Especially those who dared to bring the tempo down. So hypnotizing. So challenging. So rewarding... Levitation music....

The last months I've sold off big parts of my record collection, and while digitizing the music I've sold I've re-discovered many of these psychedelic wonders. This is truly sacred music for me, music that has been with me for so many travels the last 10-15 years. So I invite you to sit down on your magic carpet and explore space from a time long forgotten.

This is the recording of a live set I did at the Ambyss stage at Ozora festival 2019 together with:
Bakai Marton - Violin
Kozma Hana - Violin
Cseglédi Zsombor - trumpet
Binod Katuwal - flute

All of the music was written especially for this performance and the musicians that played with me. There were a lot of experiments going on with long delays and looping of the instruments creating infinite layering sound worlds. A lot depended on the musicians an the sound and content of the performance would not be the same with the intuitive input from the musicians. For which i am extremely thankful!
Just days before the gig we also met Binod, a flute player from Nepal that joined the performance and it just completed it. We basically had one afternoon of talking over the structure and ideas with him and Marton and Hana jammed with him to get in tune, from there it just carried itself basically.

It was the first time I played together with so many musicians on my music and it was a lot of energy to get everybody together and get all my equipment over but it was all worth it in the end.
