The corona is the outermost part of the Sun's atmosphere. It is usually hidden by the bright light of the Sun's surface. During a total solar eclipse, the moon passes between Earth and the Sun. When this happens, the moon blocks out the bright light of the Sun and the corona becomes visible.  The work's 1988 title, Corona, has been changed in order to avoid misleading connotations after the pandemic of 2019. Lyrics:
